Putnam Family & Community Services has invited Meridian Benefits Consulting to celebrate those who have dared to imagine a world where everyone has hope for wellness and recovery.

Please join us on Friday, October 17, 2014 from 6:30 – 11PM at the Salem Golf Club in North Salem, NY for dinner, dancing, music by Tony Merando and The Crossroads Band and our exciting auction.

All proceeds will support the mental health and chemical dependency treatment programs of PFCS, reaching 1 in 12 residents in our community.
