At Meridian Benefits Consulting, we review all Health and Welfare Plan contracts and documents including: Human Resource policy manuals, contracts of insurance, summary plan descriptions, and other employee communication materials. Our review focuses on the exposure and resulting liability created from inconsistencies between documents and inaccurate or ambiguous wording contained in employee communication material.
